The differents PDO :

Whether France, Italy or Spain, these three countries have decided to protect their heritage by imposing PDO (Protected Designation of Origin). That is to say a geographical definition associated with a name allowing to identify different wines. In France, the CAO now becomes the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin). For example, France currently has 7:

  • PDO olive oil from La vallée des Baux de Provence
