White wine made from local grapes (Rolle very large majority 80-90%, sometimes associated with Clairette and Chardonnay). Appellation “Bellet Controlée" is from vineyards of the Nice region renowned worldwide. This white wine is one of the smaller French appellations. The production is ensured by a dozen producers including “Chateau Crémat" which represents the largest share.
The colour is pale gold.
The fragrance is fine, balanced from mimosa and mint.
The palate is structured and harmonious at the same time, at final citrus and spices.
Agreements: a meal of wine to accompany Mediterranean cuisine .
