The result of a collaboration with the Blue Coast brewery in Nice, its secret lies in the use of a unique variety of olives, from Nice of course, which are reduced to a paste to release all their aromas. The magic and expertise of the master brewer did the rest.
Its fine white head is moderately abundant, discreetly persistent and airy, and will delight connoisseurs. Lightly golden and luminous in color, it releases delicate vegetal notes and a light herbaceous scent (garrigue) on the nose.
