Packages are prepared on demand by a professional at our premises. Orders placed before 10 a.m. are shipped the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and during the weekend will be shipped on Monday afternoon.

DELIVERIES

Delivery within 48 hours in mainland France. Parcels are prepared as quickly as possible, and we dispatch them on the day of order if the order is placed before 10 a.m. Monday to Friday. Couriers collect your parcels directly from our premises.

THE PRICE

For mainland France, home delivery costs are €8. Free delivery is defined by country (see Delivery Times section). Above these amounts, the prices indicated on the website include shipping costs. For the rest of the world, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the destination country. Simply register on the website to calculate the shipping costs automatically. Shipping costs include packaging and handling. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. TRANSPORTING YOUR PARCEL

We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Special care is taken with parcels containing fragile items.

PACKAGES ARE OVER-SIZED AND PROTECTED.

In the event of damage during transport, you must express your reservations to the delivery person. We will handle the complaint with them.
