In Nice Estate
- Organic farming on our 60 hectares of olive groves.
- Nothing is lost: after harvesting and pressing, each element of the olive is reused.
- The paste becomes a natural fertilizer
- The leaves are transformed into mulching.
- The nuclei are used as fuel for our boilers.
- A herd of 60 sheep naturally maintains the estate, limiting the use of brush cutters and fertilizers.
- Responsible harvest: latest generation electrical equipment to reduce noise pollution and limit our environmental impact.
- Valorization of plants: milling and mulching rather than burning.
- HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in progress.
- Zero waste: decommissioned oils find a second life in cosmetics.
In Provence Estate
- Objective: 100% organic farming.
- Total autonomy over our olive varieties for complete control of production.
- Lutte naturelle contre la mouche de l’olive grâce aux chauves-souris (175 nichoirs installés).
> In our manufacture
- Second life for our boxes: recycled, padded and reused for our shipments or deliveries in our stores.
- Responsible packaging: recyclable products, compostable corn chips, eco-friendly tapes, natural inks, maximum use of plastic.
- Waste reduction: packaging in large formats, reuse of second-hand pallets.
- Controlled energy: machines with low electrical consumption.
- Virtuous transport: logistics partners prioritizing green deliveries.
- Responsible sourcing: engaged suppliers, use of organic products preferably and local suppliers.
- Sustainable printing: papers from managed forests for our communications.
- Labels de qualité : certification en AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée).
- Digital sobriety: limitation of emails in favor of the phone and internal chat. Copying emails is prohibited.

- Responsible furniture: privileged second hand.
