As regards olive oil, they are subject to rigorous analyses and tests in order to guarantee their quality. Traceability is a fundamental element at every stage of production, as it is central to our requirements and quality standards.

The oils produced by our colleagues are subject to rigorous and regular tests in order to ensure their quality. Regarding our own production, we have implemented a traceability system that allows us to trace back almost to the tree from which our olives come, thus ensuring full transparency on the origin of our products.

We have several team members, including our quality manager, who are committed to regular training to stay up to date on best practices. Moreover, these experts are part of the tasting juries at national level, where they have the responsibility to evaluate and award medals to olive oils that stand out for their excellence. This approach not only ensures the quality of our products, but also strengthens our reputation in the sector.
