Miller


As millers since 1868, we work in the same way as the Romans did. Our master miller marvels at each harvest, grateful to be able to perpetuate this tradition and pass it on to future generations.


Confectioner


Our master confectioner prepares olives every day, using only fresh ingredients. This traditional craft involves preserving olives in salt for several months to enhance their flavour, then removing the salt and creating unique recipes.


Assembler


For over a century now, we have revolutionised the world of olive oil by incorporating the same blending methods used in wine production. Our expertise as producers and millers gives us legitimacy in the selection of fruit and extraction processes throughout Europe. Savour our grand cru oils, whose varieties, although secretly preserved, are enjoyed by the finest restaurants.
