Presentation: Iron olive oil can. Metal has two advantages: it protects the olive oil from light and enables it to be transported in complete safety. It also gives the olive oil no ‘metallic’ taste.
Storage: Protect from light and heat. In the cellar or kitchen for smaller, everyday containers. Olive oil, like wine, does not appreciate temperature changes. For example, keep it in the lower cupboards of your kitchen, or keep your bottle of olive oil away from the window.
