This year, our Primeur oil, made from olives of the cailletier variety, boasts a fresh, fruity aroma, with vegetal notes of grass and tomato leaves, as well as hints of green apple and banana. On the palate, it reveals a fruity green combined with subtle flavors of almond and butter. The bitterness, though not dominant, adds complexity, while a slight spiciness on the finish enhances the whole.
With its fluid texture and beautiful consistency, this oil offers a lingering finish that balances sweetness and character, for a tasting experience rich in sensations.

Process: Cold Extraction (at no time in its manufacture did the product exceed 27°)
Best before: 6 months
Storage: Protected from light and heat. In the cellar or in the kitchen for the smallest containers for daily use. Olive oil, like wine, does not appreciate changes in temperature. For example, prefer the lower cupboards in your kitchen or, remember to remove your olive oil bottle from the window.
