At Nicolas Alziari, our passion is very real, but whole fish infused in olive oil… not so much 😉

In France, April 1st is traditionally a day for playful jokes and harmless pranks, known as “Poisson d’Avril” — literally, April Fish. On this day, friends, family and even brands enjoy surprising one another with light-hearted tricks, always meant to be taken with humor and good spirit. A “Poisson d’Avril” is never meant to deceive for long, but simply to make people smile. Our fish-infused olive oil ? You guessed it… a French April Fools’ joke 🐟😉​
